2. User and User Registration

5. Termination of Agreement

5.1 Makeronly.com has right to terminate this agreement after notice, and you have right to require Makeronly.com to make the decision of agreement termination.

5.2 When any of following circumstances occurs, Makeronly has right to terminate this agreement:

(1) After this agreement is changed, you clearly inform Makeronly.com that you do not accept new agreement or the changed content;

(2) When Makeronly.com finds that you make malicious user registrations, disturbing normal working of the website;

(3) When Makeronly.com discovers that you have rejected orders maliciously for several times, disturbing normal working of the website;

(4) After sign up for an account, you do not use the account for 12 consecutive months;

(5) When you carry out criminal activities through this website.

5.3 After agreement termination, you agree that Makeronly continues keeping your registration information, account information and trading records in 2 years.

5.4 After agreement termination, Makeronly.com has right to open the use of the account name you registered to other users.

5.5 If you carry out any action of violating of this agreement, Makeronly.com has right to pursue your legal responsibility.

6. Applicable law and jurisdiction

6.1 Signing, implementation, enforcement and interpretation of this agreement are applicable for laws and regulations of People's Republic of China, or business practice of People's Republic of China if laws and regulations of People's Republic of China have no relevant provisions.

6.2 If relevant provisions of this agreement violate corresponding provisions of People's Republic of China laws and regulations, this agreement is applicable for People's Republic of China laws and regulations. If relevant provisions of this agreement violate corresponding business practice of People's Republic of China, this agreement should be taken as standard.
